I invite you to read "The Self-organizing Universe" by Erich Jantsch. Written all the way back in the 1970s it comprehensively defines autopoesis with references to a few other heavyweights like Ervin Lazlo. There are more whontackle the outlines of a systems view but fall short of your everyday approach to inserting us into it. It's hard to define a system you are a part of and have very poor perception and insight to the parts which constantly change. We just have to have faith in the end.
Many thanks for this recommendation, will definitely dig in — and agree with you, one key factor among the constant change and limitations of perception is faith, or some other form of ‘relentlessness’
Too much negativity going on too quickly right now with too few positive options with time to enjoy to make them happen. I guess it is what the Buddhists mean when they say it is the path and not the goal. That's why roads fall apart! LOL!
To dream of life without debts, burdens or hardships, at least not those which are unmanageable. Where everyone wants to work together and help and pay a fare share. A warm inviting place called home for yourself and a loving family with a healthy and safe natural world. We have this picture of heaven. To be there do we need to forget? Is there something or someone(s) we can at least take with or am I trying to cheat again?

Faith could lead to relentlessness. Or perhaps peaceful forgetfulness. A new slate all sparking and new.
however hard it is to admit, peaceful forgetfulness sounds like bliss (in positive sense)
